The space at upcoming seafood joint The Darling Oyster Bar is still under some construction, but most of the dining room is in place and the staff starts training today. The former Union Provisions interiors were renovated by Smith Hanes Studio in Atlanta. According to Hanes, “The Darling is a fanciful take on a Southern seafood place. With architectural references to oyster bars from another era and banquettes inspired by Dad’s favorite motorboat, the place inspires the guest to dream of being on the water of beach.”
