The Darling Oyster’s menus this morning bobbed to the surface, foreshadowing the upper King Street restaurant’s imminent opening.
A successor to Union Provisions, The Darling Oyster’s arrival was announced last fall. Owners Ben Russell-Schlesinger and Robert Young retained consultant Nathan Thurston to help them develop the “casual neighborhood spot,” complete with a raw bar.
