The Darling’s “Roasted & Smoked” Event

The Darling Oyster Bar has teamed up with Chef Elliott Moss out of Asheville, NC for their “Roasted and Smoked” event. For this event, The Darling’s Joe DiMaio and Moss – whose Buxton Hall Barbecue recently made Bon Appetit’s best new restaurants list – will partner up for a celebration of roasted oysters and smoked whole hog. Chef Moss will also be selling his new book, Buxton Hall Barbecue’s Book of Smoke: Wood-Smoked Meat, Sides and More.
