The Darling Oyster Bar to Take Over Geechie Boy Farm

Charleston, SC – The Darling Oyster Bar has teamed up with Elliott Moss out of Asheville, NC for their “Roasted and Smoked” event. For this event, The Darling’s Joe DiMaio and Moss – whose Buxton Hall Barbeque recently made Bon Appetit’s best new restaurants list – will partner up for a celebration of roasted oysters and smoked whole hog. Chef Elliott Moss will also be selling his new book, Buxton Hall Barbecue’s Book of Smoke: Wood-Smoked Meat, Sides and More.
