In Charleston, the former Union Provisions re-emerged as the hotly anticipated Darling Oyster Bar, featuring a fish house-inspired menu by Joe DiMaio. Lauren Mitterer baked up a second location for WildFlour Pastry. The Refuge set up shop with coffee, sandwiches and other cafe fare on Isle of Palms.
